Career Redesign

Rohit was working in the insurance sector for over 5 years. He was not enjoying this role and was also not growing the corporate ladder. He reached out to us seeking advice on what best he could do to grow and enjoy his career. We started with the career assessment followed with the career cousneling session. Detailed discussion revealed that he has studied finance and worked in this sector because his father forced him to do so. His career assessment and behavioral assessment report indicated that being a highly empathetic person he had qualities of a servant leadership. But his job role demanded an aggressive assertive approach. When it comes to redesigning the career path, we as career experts are sensitive to the education acquired by hte young adult and our guidance is an extension of that qualification in most of the cases. In Rohit’s case, the career expert guided him to look for job opportunities in social venture funds as he would be able to connect with social entrepreneurs and his finance expertise would allow him to excel in his job.
